Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our multifamily properties in Clearwater, FL. You will perform make-ready tasks, handle basic repairs, and respond to resident service requests to ensure quality move-ins and high resident satisfaction.

The role requires knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, painting and safety procedures; on-call may be required; valid driver's license and state/local housing compliance knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED/Trade/Vocational).
• 1+ years of related maintenance experience.
• Valid driver’s license and EPA 608 Type II certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare make-ready apartments including painting, cleaning and repairs.
• Respond to resident requests promptly in a professional manner.
• Perform maintenance across plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, painting and related tasks.
• Maintain grounds, pools, common areas and safety of amenities.
