Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC in Salt Lake City is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the physical aspects of the property meet the Company’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety and overall functionality. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and complete the make-ready process for vacant units.

The role requires ability to work outdoors/in all weather, lift up to 25 pounds regularly and 50 pounds with assistance, and to obtain required state/local certifications and a valid

Qualifications

• Must have certifications as required by state and local jurisdictions.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair issues and complete service requests.
• Perform make-ready tasks for vacant units and schedule needed vendors.
• Track inventory, obtain supplies, and return unused items.
• Document work orders accurately for tracking.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities including cleaning and painting as needed.
• Support cost-control by fixing rather than replacing parts when possible.
