Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support an affordable housing community in Spokane Valley. You will assist in corrective, preventive, routine, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, handling make-ready tasks and ensuring safety standards are met.

The role requires daily on-site presence, timely response to work orders, and collaboration with the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform community maintenance and repairs at the property.
• Respond to resident requests and manage work orders promptly.
• Maintain pool chemistry logs and pool area cleanup.
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily for hazards.
• Assist in make-ready processes and turnover events.
• Participate in on-call emergency coverage.
