Job summary

Asset Living is hiring a Maintenance Technician in Redmond, WA to support maintenance across multifamily communities. You will perform corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, including make-ready tasks for units.

Responsibilities include responding to resident requests, maintaining common areas, supervising safety practices, and assisting in inventory and scheduling of turn events. Requires a HS diploma and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software familiarity preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Community Maintenance: respond to requests and work orders for common areas, buildings, and units.
• Maintain and repair community infrastructure to ensure safety and aesthetics.
• Assist with the scheduling and execution of maintenance/repair-related turn events.
• Keep exterior and common areas clean and well‑maintained.
• Perform pool maintenance and maintain chemical logs.
• Monitor and document preventative maintenance to extend asset life.
• Uphold safety standards; follow OSHA guidelines and Asset policies.
• Assist in inventory management and record-keeping of service requests.
