Job summary

JT Solution Partners, Inc. is seeking a hands-on maintenance technician to support facilities in Wisconsin. The role covers routine repairs, preventive maintenance, and upkeep of common areas to keep operations running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of building maintenance experience, proficiency in electrical, plumbing, drywall and flooring, and owns their own set of tools. This on-site role runs Monday through Friday, 8 am–5 pm.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of building maintenance experience.
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment.
• Own your own set of tools.
• Deadline-driven and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Repair and unclog toilets, sinks, bathtubs, showers, and exterior drains.
• Replace carpets and wooden floors.
• Install and repair wires, plugs, and switches.
• Install appliances.
• Drywall repairs and painting.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in communal areas.
• Complete work and repair orders promptly.
• Estimate time and extent of repairs.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance.
• Maintain material and supply inventory.
• Oversee work by outside contractors as necessary.
