Job summary

JT Solution Partners Inc. is seeking a maintenance-focused professional to support general facilities upkeep and repair tasks. The role covers plumbing, electrical, drywall, flooring and handyman work in a day-to-day setting.

Responsibilities include completing repair orders, preventive maintenance, and supervising any external contractors as necessary. Candidates should have at least one year of building maintenance experience and be comfortable in a hands-on environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Repair and unclog toilets, sinks, bathtubs, showers and exterior drains.
• Replace carpets and wooden floors.
• Install and repair wires, plugs and switches.
• Install appliances.
• Repair drywall and paint surfaces.
• Clean communal areas by sweeping, mopping and vacuuming.
• Complete work and repair orders promptly.
• Estimate time and extent of repairs.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance.
• Maintain material and supply inventory.
• Oversee work by external contractors when needed.
