JT Solution Partners Inc. is hiring a maintenance technician to support building operations in Reno, Nevada. The ideal candidate has a minimum of one year of building maintenance and is proficient in electrical, plumbing, drywall, flooring, and handyman tasks.

The role operates Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, on-site. Responsibilities include repairing facilities, installing fixtures, performing preventive maintenance, and supervising external contractors as needed.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year of building maintenance experience.
• Must be proficient in electrical, plumbing, drywall, flooring, and handyman-related skills.

• Repairing and unclogging toilets, sinks, bathtubs, showers, and exterior drains
• Replacing carpets and wooden floors
• Installing and repairing wires, plugs, and switches
• Installing appliances
• Drywall repairs and painting
• Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors in communal areas
• Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
• Estimate time and extent of repairs
• Perform routine preventive maintenance
• Maintain material and supply inventory
