Job summary

Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician for Bavarian Woods in Middletown, OH. The role covers plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry, and HVAC repairs, with on-site responsibilities and a 8.5-hour day schedule, Monday through Friday, plus on-call rotation.

You will perform unit turnovers, respond to work orders, and assist in grounds and snow removal. On-call pay and a $100 bonus for on-call weeks are offered, along with a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year experience in the maintenance field preferred.
• 6+ months experience in apartment maintenance.
• Plumbing and electrical required.
• EPA Universal certification and HVAC repair experience a plus.
• CPO Certification a plus.
• Working knowledge of appliances to include washers and dryers.
• Ability to physically demonstrate basic job duties (completed during interview process).

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority.
• Turning and making units ready in between tenant occupancy.
• Completing repairs in property and apartment plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and HVAC.
• Assist in preventative maintenance as assigned.
• Exterior structural maintenance as needed.
• Assist in property grounds maintenance and snow removal as needed.
• Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency on-call system.

8:30-5:30PM Monday through Friday, On-call once every 3 weeks ($100 bonus for weeks on-call and min of 1.5hrs paid for call outs)
