Monarch Investment and Management Group seeks an Apartment Maintenance Technician for Arlington Village in Fairborn, Ohio. This full-time, on-site role runs 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with on-call duties every four weeks.

You will perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and HVAC repairs, make-ready tasks between tenants, and participate in preventative maintenance. Competitive pay is $22–$24 per hour plus bonuses, tool reimbursements, and benefits.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in maintenance preferred.
• 1+ month apartment maintenance experience.
• Basic drywall, painting, carpentry skills.
• Plumbing and electrical experience.
• EPA HVAC Certification a plus.
• CPO Certification a plus.
• Appliances knowledge including washers and dryers.

Responsabilidades

• Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority.
• Tear down and prepare units between tenants.
• Repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and HVAC systems.
• Assist in preventative maintenance as assigned.
• Perform exterior structural maintenance as needed.
• Assist in grounds maintenance and snow removal as needed.
• Support a 24/7 emergency on-call system.

8:30-5:30PM Monday through Friday, On-call once every 4 weeks ($100 bonus for weeks on-call and min of 1.5hrs paid for call outs)

Up to $750 a quarter and $500 a year in tool reimbursement plus much more!

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority
• Turning and making units ready in between tenant occupancy
• Completing repairs in property and apartment plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and HVAC
• Assist in preventative maintenance as assigned
• Exterior structural maintenance as needed
• Assist in property grounds maintenance and snow removal as needed
• Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency on-call system

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ year experience in the maintenance field preferred
• 1+ months experience in apartment maintenance
• Basic knowledge of drywall, painting, and carpentry experience
• Plumbing and electrical experience
• EPA HVAC Certification a plus
• CPO Certification a plus
• Working knowledge of appliances to include washers and dryers
• Ability to physically demonstrate basic job duties (completed during interview process)

• On-Call bonus of $100 and minimum 1.5 hours of paid time
