Job summary

Monarch Investment and Management Group in Bismarck, ND is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a full-time, on-site role. The position features a Monday–Friday schedule, on-call rotation, and a competitive hourly pay of $21.00–$25.00 with benefits.

You will handle repairs, preventive maintenance, and unit turnover across multifamily properties. Qualifications include a high school diploma and 1+ year maintenance experience; HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, and carpentry skills are valuable.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in the maintenance field required.
• HVAC experience and EPA Universal certification a plus
• Boiler experience a plus
• Working knowledge of appliances to include washers and dryers
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority
• Turning and making units ready in between tenant occupancy
• Completing repairs in property and apartment plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and HVAC
• Assist in preventative maintenance as assigned
• Exterior structural maintenance as needed
• Assist in property grounds maintenance
• Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency on-call system

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, On-Call rotation 1 week every 3-4 weeks

Responsibilities:
