Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Valley Stream Apartments in Toledo, OH. The role leads a team of 3+ technicians, handles preventative maintenance, and collaborates with management on budgets.

The position is on-site, full-time, with competitive hourly pay and benefits including 401k, health, dental, vision, and paid time off. Prior experience with repairs and capital projects is preferred.

• Plumbing knowledge including sweating copper
• Electrical knowledge: outlets, switches and fixtures
• Appliance repair knowledge (refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers)
• Water heater knowledge (electric and gas)
• Experience with snow removal using a plow truck

Aufgaben

• Ensure all work orders are completed promptly based on priority
• Make Ready / Turning Units between tenants
• Painting/staining interior and exterior surfaces
• Collaborate with Property Manager on monthly budget review
• Manage and adapt a preventative maintenance program
• Oversee exterior structural maintenance as needed
• Coordinate coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone
• Assist in capital projects including rehabs and major repairs
• Snow removal as applicable

Today we are looking for a career oriented Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to join our TEAM at Valley Stream Apartment's in Toledo, Ohio. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for coaching and leading a team, preventative maintenance and administrative duties.

• Paying $28.00 - $31.00 per hour based on qualifications

What We Need:

• Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority

• Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
• Working hand in hand with the Property Manager on a monthly budget review
• Manage and adapt a preventative maintenance program
• Exterior structural maintenance as needed
• Managing coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone
• Snow removal (when applicable)
• Assist in capital projects including but not limited to rehab and/or major repairs

What You Need:

• Experience managing/supervising 3+ employees
• Dry walling including painting and carpentry
• Working knowledge of plumbing including sweating copper pipe
• Working knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures
• Working knowledge to repair and/or diagnosis of appliances including refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers and garbage disposal
• Water heater knowledge both electric and gas
• Experience with operating a plow truck for snow removal

A physical demonstration of your ability to complete job duties will be required during the interview process.
