Job summary

Monarch Investment & Management Group is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician for Woodman Park Apartments in Dayton, OH. The role is full-time and on-site, with a daytime schedule and on-call rotation for emergencies.

You will perform turns, basic repairs, and preventative maintenance across multiple unit types while contributing to a safe, well-maintained community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 2 years general maintenance experience.
• Minimum 6 months apartment or similar maintenance experience.
• Skills in drywall, painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical.
• Appliance repair knowledge including washers and dryers.
• EPA HVAC Certification preferred.
• CPO Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders efficiently and professionally.
• Perform apartment turns and make-ready tasks across multiple unit types.
• Repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, HVAC, and appliances.
• Support preventative maintenance programs for buildings and community amenities.
• Assist with exterior building repairs and seasonal tasks.
• Participate in grounds maintenance and snow removal.
• Provide coverage for the 24/7 emergency on-call rotation.

Apartment Maintenance Technician at Woodman Park Apartments | Dayton, OH | Full-Time | On-site

SCHEDULE:

8:30AM to 5:30PM Monday through Friday

>On-call emergency service rotation once every 4th week (bonuses and extra paid time!)

PAY:

$23.00 to $26.00 an hour plus a quarterly bonus of up to $750 (based on site performance)
