Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Supervisor for Williamsburg Way Apartments in Columbus, IN. The role is full-time and on-site, with pay ranging from $31.00 to $35.00 per hour plus bonus potential.

Qualifications

• HVAC experience (4+ years) with certification strongly preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Hands-on maintenance and apartment turns as needed
• Respond to work orders and coordinate repairs
• Assist with preventive maintenance and equipment testing
• Oversee on-call coverage and schedule

• $31.00 - $35.00 per hour
• Up to $4,000 a year in Quarterly Bonuses

Qualifications:

• 2+ years’ experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance or general construction or equivalent
• Previous management/ leadership experience in a maintenance setting
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• This role has administrative aspects but is largely a hands on role helping with work orders and apartment turns as needed.
• Hands on HVAC Experience (4+ years and certification strongly preferred)

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM day shift hours, on-call 1 week every 4 weeks Full Time - Year Round work. No layoffs and overtime potential available!

A maintenance skills assessment is administered during the interview process for this position.

This role requires pre-employment screenings, including a criminal background check and a drug screening.

Valid driver’s license required.

A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process.
