Job summary

Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician for Bavarian Woods in Middletown, OH. The role is full-time, on-site, with a pay rate of $22.00–$24.00 per hour.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, preparing units between tenants, and performing plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and HVAC repairs. On-call rotations with bonuses apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year experience in maintenance preferred, 6+ months in apartment maintenance.
• Basic drywall, painting, carpentry; plumbing and electrical required.
• EPA Universal certification and HVAC repair experience a plus; CPO a plus.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot common appliances; physical ability to perform duties.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders promptly based on priority.
• Turn and prepare units between tenant occupancy.
• Repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and HVAC systems.
• Assist in preventative maintenance as assigned.
• Assist with exterior structural and grounds maintenance; snow removal as needed.
• Support 24/7 on-call emergency coverage as required.

8:30-5:30PM Monday through Friday, On-call once every 3 weeks ($100 bonus for weeks on-call and min of 1.5hrs paid for call outs)

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority

• Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency on-call system

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year experience in the maintenance field preferredli>
• 6+ months experience in apartment maintenance
• Basic knowledge of drywall, painting, and carpentry experience
• Plumbing and electrical required
• EPA Universal certification and HVAC repair experience a plus
• CPO Certification a plus
• Working knowledge of appliances to include washers and dryers
• Ability to physically demonstrate basic job duties (completed during interview process)
