Job summary

Monarch Investment & Management Group is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician for Breckenridge Apartments in Fairborn, OH. This full-time, on-site role handles upkeep of apartments and community spaces.

You will complete work orders, perform turns, and repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, HVAC, and appliances. The schedule is 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, Monday–Friday, with on-call rotation every third week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2-years general maintenance experience.
• Minimum 6-month apartment or similar maintenance experience.
• Skills in drywall, painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical.
• Appliance repair knowledge, including washers and dryers.
• Ability to physically demonstrate job duties during the interview process.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders efficiently and professionally.
• Perform apartment turns and make-ready tasks across multiple unit types.
• Repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, HVAC, and appliances.
• Support preventative maintenance programs for buildings and community amenities.
• Assist with exterior building repairs and seasonal tasks.
• Participate in grounds maintenance and snow removal.
• Provide coverage for the 24/7 emergency on-call rotation.

Apartment Maintenance Technician at Breckenridge Apartments | Fairborn, OH | Full-Time | On-site

SCHEDULE: 8:30AM to 5:30PM Monday through Friday

On-call emergency service rotation once every 3rd week (bonuses and extra paid time!)

PAY

$19.00 to $21.00 an hour plus a quarterly bonus of up to $750 (based on site performance)
