Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to perform technical and mechanical work ensuring property facilities meet safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include completing work orders, make‑readies for vacant units, inventory control, and maintaining common areas on a Colorado property.

The role requires EPA refrigerant certifications (Type 1/II or Universal), a valid driver’s license, and jurisdictional certifications as needed.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant recycling certifications (Type 1 and II or Universal).
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf carts on property.
• State and local certifications as required for service technicians.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and resident requests, diagnosing defects and performing repairs per safety standards.
• Executes make-ready process for vacant apartments, including inspections and scheduling vendors.
• Manages materials and inventory, tracks usage and re-orders as needed with supervisor notification.
• Completes documentation for service requests for accurate tracking.
• Maintains grounds and amenities with cleaning, painting, and debris removal.
• Supports cost-saving by repairing parts when feasible and using materials efficiently.
• Performs routine and periodic property inspections to identify safety concerns and communicate needs to management.

Education

EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling

Valid driver’s license
