Job summary

Vivmark Residential in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to help keep our community in top condition, prepare market-ready apartments, respond to resident service requests, and report maintenance concerns. The role supports a Tuesday-Saturday 8am–5pm schedule and requires hands-on maintenance work.

You will perform tasks such as painting, carpet cleaning, exterior lighting, and general repairs, coordinate with other service staff, and ensure safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Computer literacy and effective communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain physical condition of community grounds, exterior and common areas.
• Assist in preparing market-ready apartments (painting, carpet cleaning, general repairs).
• Respond to resident service requests promptly.
• Report maintenance concerns and deliver resident communications as needed.
• Support other service staff on projects (appartment cleaning, drywall).
