Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a maintenance technician to promptly address resident service requests and perform hands-on tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, and general repairs. You will prepare market-ready apartments and maintain community grounds across our housing portfolio.

Applicants should have a high school diploma (or equivalent), knowledge of housing laws, a valid driver's license, and strong communication skills in English.

Qualifications

• Ability to troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC equipment (if applicable), and perform interior repairs and painting.
• Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws.
• A valid driver's license, good driving record, auto insurance, and reliable transportation for driving duties.
• Computer literacy and effective communication skills; able to communicate in English for all work-related purposes.
• Must be able to work any assigned shift, including weekends, with on-call responsibilities and after-hours availability.

Responsibilities

• Promptly addressing resident service requests.
• Performing hands-on maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical work, and more.
• Preparing market-ready apartments and maintaining community grounds.
• Conducting regular community inspections to identify necessary repairs or replacements.
