Vivmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to address resident service requests and perform hands-on maintenance, including plumbing, electrical work, and appliance care. You will prepare market-ready apartments and keep grounds and common areas in good condition.

The role requires high school diploma or equivalent, knowledge of housing laws, a valid driver’s license, and strong English communication. Weekend/evening on-call shifts may be required.

• A valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Must communicate effectively in English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work varied shifts, weekends, and be on-call for emergencies.

Responsibilities
