Qualifications

• Experience in groundskeeping, housekeeping, and property maintenance helpful.
• Ability to perform general repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Strong safety awareness and willingness to complete ongoing safety training.

Responsibilities

• Perform groundskeeping, housekeeping, and property maintenance under supervision.
• Work on the schedule prepared by supervisor, including make-readies and service requests.
• Carry out routine maintenance and repair projects to maintain property condition.
• Respond to resident requests and emergencies to maintain high satisfaction.
• Conduct regular safety audits and address hazardous conditions.
• Foster positive relationships with residents, vendors, and contractors.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and apartment conditions for compliance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards, including fair housing.
