Monarch Investment and Management Group in Amarillo, TX is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our property team at Country Club Villas. This on-site role requires hands-on repair, preventive maintenance, and readiness between tenant turnovers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of maintenance experience is required.
• Basic drywall, painting, and carpentry knowledge.
• Light plumbing and electrical experience.
• HVAC experience and EPA Universal certification preferred.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Boiler experience is a plus.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority.
• Turning and making units ready in between tenant occupancy.
• Completing repairs in property and apartment plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and HVAC.
• Assist in preventative maintenance as assigned.
• Exterior structural maintenance as needed.
• Assist in property grounds maintenance.
• Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency on-call system.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, On-Call rotation 1 week every 4 weeks

Responsibilities:

• Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority
