Job summary

Monarch Investment and Management Group in Jamestown, ND is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. The role focuses on completing work orders, preparing units between tenants, and assisting with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and HVAC repairs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year experience in the maintenance field.
• Basic knowledge of drywall, painting, and carpentry.
• Light plumbing and electrical experience.
• HVAC experience and EPA Universal certification a plus.
• Boiler experience a plus.
• Working knowledge of appliances to include washers and dryers.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority.
• Turning and making units ready in between tenant occupancy.
• Completing repairs in property and apartment plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and HVAC.
• Assist in preventative maintenance as assigned.
• Exterior structural maintenance as needed.
• Assist in property grounds maintenance.
• Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency on-call system.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, On-Call rotation 1 week every 3-4 weeks

Responsibilities
