LINK is seeking a Service Technician for our multi-family apartment community. You will perform general maintenance, make-ready tasks, and ensure units are move-in ready while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Maintenance or repair experience with residential, retail, or commercial property management is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• On-call availability for emergency maintenance as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Complete tenant service requests and perform general maintenance.
• Participate in make-ready/turn processes to prepare units for new residents.
• Maintain exterior aesthetics and safety standards across the community.
• Coordinate with supervisors, technicians, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Ensure work complies with applicable regulations and company standards.
• Oversee maintenance of units, offices, common areas, and grounds.
