Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician responsible for on-site maintenance across the property. You will handle corrective, preventative, routine, emergency and cosmetic tasks under supervision, supporting the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of safety standards (OSHA). Competitive hourly pay and benefits are included for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software proficiency.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing Laws and OSHA basics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain community common areas, buildings, and units as directed.
• Assist with inventory management and scheduling of maintenance/turn events.
• Perform pool maintenance and maintain chemical logs.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance and safety checks.
• Respond to on-call emergencies as needed.
