Job summary

Monarch Investment is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations for multifamily properties in Clarksville, IN. You will prioritize work orders, supervise Make Ready/Turn processes, and coordinate with the Property Manager on budgets and planning.

A strong HVAC background and leadership experience are required. You will implement preventive maintenance, participate in on-call rotations, and perform painting/staining as needed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of maintenance experience in multifamily housing.
• HVAC experience required (AC, electric, forced air systems).
• Experience managing maintenance budgets.
• Experience as a multi-site maintenance manager (preferred).
• Strong leadership skills and experience supervising a maintenance team.
• Certifications: HVAC Certification, EPA Certification, CPO Certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete service requests and work orders efficiently.
• Oversee unit Make Ready/Turn processes for new move-ins.
• Coordinate with the Property Manager on budget and planning.
• Lead and implement a preventative maintenance program.
• Participate in on-call rotation (1 week every 5 weeks).
• Perform interior/exterior painting and staining as needed.

Your Role as Maintenance Supervisor:

Prioritize and complete service requests and work orders efficiently

What You Bring to the Team:

4+ years of maintenance experience in multi-family housing

• Experience managing maintenance up to 300 units

HVAC experience required (AC, electric, forced air systems)

• Experience working with maintenance budgets
• Experience as a multi-site maintenance manager (preferred)

Strong leadership skills and experience supervising a maintenance team

Certifications:

• HVAC Certification

EPA Certification

CPO Certification (preferred)

Hands-On Skills in:

Drywall, painting, and carpentry

Electrical (outlets, switches, fixtures)

Appliance repair (stoves, dishwashers, refrigerators, etc.)

Water heater repair (gas and electric)

This role requires pre-employment screenings that include a criminal
background check and drug screening
