Job summary

Monarch Investment is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician for Abbey Court Apartments in Evansville, IN. This full-time, on-site role offers $20.00 to $23.00 per hour plus quarterly and on-call bonuses, along with 401k with match and other benefits.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, Make Ready, painting, grounds maintenance, preventative maintenance, and cover of a 24/7 emergency line. Requires 2+ years experience and a valid driver’s license; screenings will occur.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, painting or general construction (training available).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Maintenance skills assessment conducted during interview.
• Pre-employment screenings including criminal background and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders in a timely manner based on priority.
• Make Ready / Turning apartments between resident occupancy.
• Painting/Staining interior and exterior surfaces.
• Maintaining property grounds.
• Preventative maintenance.
• Keep maintenance shop and work areas clean and organized.
• Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone with team members.

Multifamily Housing | Pay: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour + Bonus Potential

Monarch Investment is actively interviewing qualified maintenance candidates for an Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team at Abbey Court Apartments in Evansville, IN.

• $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
• Up to $3,000 a year in Quarterly Bonuses

Qualifications:

• 2+ years' experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, painting, general construction or equivalent (we can train you!)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• A maintenance skills assessment is administered during the interview process for this position.
