Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC in Colorado Springs seeks a Leasing Administrator to support marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies, and to prepare lease files and related documents. You will enter lease data into the property management software and assist with move-in packages.

Responsibilities include coordinating with leasing professionals, maintaining lease records, and supporting sales efforts with brochures and follow-up communications.

Qualifications

• Lease up experience preferred.
• Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions
• Experience with property management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare resident lease files and assemble required documents for audits.
• Assist with move-in packages, schedule lease appointments, and attend lease signings.
• Maintain and organize current and historical resident lease files.
• Support leasing and marketing by handling brochures, follow-up, and renewal packages.
• Enter lease data into Yardi/OneSite and generate reports for leasing teams.
• Greet prospects, qualify traffic, show apartments, and process applications and screenings.
• Respond to resident and owner inquiries promptly and document requests.
