Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Colorado to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. You will handle leasing from tours to move‑in, ensure satisfaction, and drive renewals.

Responsibilities include processing applications, credit checks, preparing lease packages, and maintaining show units to Greystar standards, using on‑site software to track data and performance.

Qualifications

• State/local licenses as required by jurisdiction.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours and apartment showings.
• Process applications, perform credit and background checks, prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Ensure apartments are ready for move‑in and coordinate with maintenance for any issues.
• Develop and implement short‑ and long‑term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure leases and renewals.
• Support lease renewal process with timely documents and communications.
