Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
• Show apartments, process applications, run credit/background checks.
• Maintain show units to company standards and coordinate maintenance.
• Develop marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic.
• Follow up with prospects to close leases and renewals.
