Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Leasing Agent/Coordinator to drive occupancy and revenue by leasing to new residents and renewing existing leases. The role includes tours, applications, credit checks, and coordinating move-ins with maintenance and staff.

The position requires on-site work in Colorado Springs, with a focus on delivering excellent resident experiences, maintaining unit readiness, and executing marketing initiatives to attract renters.

Qualifications

• Licenses/certifications required by state and local jurisdictions.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Leads leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and perform credit and background checks.
• Prepare lease and move-in package; ensure move-in readiness and smooth sign-off.
• Monitor market conditions; implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Use property management software to track availability and record data.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure renewals and satisfaction.
• Assist with lease renewal letters and closing renewals on time.
