Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for a 460-unit community. Responsibilities include tours, applications, credit checks, and lease signings, with daily showings and move-ins.

The role requires 1–2 years in leasing, experience with Yardi CRM, and a valid driver’s license for on-site golf-cart operation. Proficiency in using property management software is expected.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of leasing experience required.
• Yardi CRM knowledge preferred.
• Driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Leads and qualifies prospects, conducts tours, processes applications, and facilitates lease signings.
• Inspects apartments prior to move-in and coordinates maintenance needs.
• Develops and executes marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Implements internet marketing and referral programs to drive traffic.
• Uses on-site software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability and leasing activity.
• Prepares show units and keeps leasing office ready for daily activity.
• Follows up with prospects and new residents to secure lease signups or renewals.
• Supports lease renewal process and ensures timely renewal documents.
• Responds to resident concerns and coordinates with maintenance and management.
