Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for occupancy and revenue goals. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and drive lease conversions while maintaining show-ready apartments and upholding brand standards.

You will use OneSite/Yardi for data management, support renewal activities, and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy. A valid driver’s license and on-site work are required.

Qualifications

• Coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications and screenings.
• Follow marketing plans and programs to boost community occupancy.

Responsibilities

• Use on-site PM software to track availability and leasing activities.
• Maintain show units to meet company standards and prepare leasing office daily.
• Coordinate lease renewals and communicate with renewing residents.
• Respond to resident concerns and relay requests to relevant teams.
• Support marketing activities to drive traffic and lease conversions.
