Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Coordinator to manage marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for a 240-unit garden community. The role runs Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm, with rotating weekends and requires driving the property golf cart, background checks, and payroll-related duties.

Responsibilities include tours, applications, credit checks, preparing lease packages, and ensuring move-in readiness. Strong marketing and client service skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating leasing and marketing activities.
• Proficient with property management software (OneSite, Yardi).
• Must have valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases.
• Schedule showings and ensure move-in readiness of apartments.
• Develop short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Follow policies on concessions, specials, and programs to boost occupancy.
• Maintain show units to meet company standards of show quality.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure lease renewals.
