GRE Management is seeking a Resident Experience Manager in Avondale, AZ to promote community engagement and oversee the resident life cycle. You will be the main contact for residents and prospects, delivering superior service to boost renewals, revenue, and reputation.

You will coordinate move-ins, manage make-ready tasks with maintenance, monitor leases, and support leasing efforts. The role requires strong communication, legal knowledge, and a customer-focused mindset to sustain a thriving

Qualifications

• Knowledge of state landlord-tenant law is a must.
• Ability to manage administrative and maintenance team and scheduling.
• Desire to learn and take initiative.
• Ability to operate confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
• Must be able to work at a fast pace, perform duties while under pressure and stay organized to meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Oversees move-in orientation with new residents and ensures documentation is received.
• Coordinates make-ready work with maintenance before move-in.
• Manage make-ready unit status and availability and communicate dates.
• Inspect apartments before move-in and schedule items with maintenance.
• Provide excellent customer experience for applicants and timely follow-up on documentation.
• Monitor and respond to NPS surveys; manage online reputation with marketing.
