Job summary

The Village Residences in Mountain View, operated by Greystar, seeks a Leasing Professional to coordinate on-site marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies. You will conduct tours, process applications, and collaborate with maintenance to ensure move-in readiness.

You will stay informed about market conditions, drive traffic through marketing efforts, and actively follow up with prospects to close leases and renewals, while delivering excellent resident service.

Qualifications

• Licenses or certifications as required by state/local jurisdictions.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and lift light loads.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet, qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare move‑in packages.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and ensure readiness for residents.
• Monitor market conditions and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Design marketing activities to drive traffic and follow programs to boost occupancy and referrals.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to finalize lease decisions and renewals.
