Job summary

Greystar is seeking a leasing professional to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies across the community to maximize occupancy and revenue. You will conduct tours, process applications, perform background checks, and prepare move-in packages for new residents.

The role requires maintaining show units, staying informed about market conditions, and executing marketing plans to drive traffic. You will also support renewal activity and ensure prompt responses to resident questions.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to greet and qualify prospects and conduct tours.
• Experience with lease processing, applications, and background checks is preferred.
• Strong understanding of local market conditions and marketing planning.

Responsibilities

• Perform sales and leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate with maintenance.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic (Craigslist, Facebook, email, etc.).
• Use on-site software to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Ensure show units meet standards and prepare leasing office for daily activities.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to finalize leases or renewals.
• Support lease renewal process with timely renewal letters and packages.
• Respond promptly to resident/owner questions and coordinate resolutions.
