Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. You will conduct tours, process applications, screen credit/criminal checks, prepare leases, and ensure smooth move-ins and renewals across our properties.

Strong customer service and knowledge of on-site software are a plus. This role supports ongoing operations and benefits from Greystar's robust relocation and development

Qualifications

• Leasing and sales experience to achieve occupancy goals.
• Ability to greet prospects and conduct tours.
• Familiarity with leasing software and property management basics.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours and show apartments.
• Process applications, credit screening, and background checks.
• Prepare lease and move-in package; ensure smooth move-in.
• Inspect apartments and coordinate maintenance.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Follow policies on concessions and specials.
• Prepare renewal letters and packages for residents.
