Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Agent to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewals for a residential community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform credit checks, prepare leases, and ensure smooth move-ins.

You’ll work with OneSite/Yardi, drive occupancy, and support renewal programs with proactive communication. You will also inspect units, implement marketing plans, and respond promptly to resident needs while maintaining high show-quality standards and

Qualifications

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours and show apartments
• Process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease documents
• Follow up with prospects to secure leases and renewals
• Stay informed about market conditions and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy
• Use on-site management software to track availability and leasing activity
• Support lease renewals with timely letters and packages

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, credit screening, background checks, prepare lease and move-in package
• Inspect apartments before move-in and ensure readiness with maintenance
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and follow company policies
• Drive traffic through internet marketing and referral programs
• Maintain data in OneSite/Yardi and manage prospect and resident information
• Ensure show units meet company standards and prepare leasing office daily operations
• Follow up with residents to ensure satisfaction and finalize lease decisions
• Assist with lease renewal letters and packages and coordinate with renewing residents
• Respond promptly to resident or owner concerns and document requests
