Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and manage moves-ins with a focus on resident satisfaction and lease renewals.

Responsibilities include developing marketing plans, utilizing OneSite/Yardi, and collaborating with maintenance to keep show units in top condition.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating leasing, marketing, and renewal strategies.
• Ability to greet, qualify prospects, conduct tours, and process applications.
• Familiarity with property management software (OneSite, Yardi)

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screening and background checks.
• Prepare lease and move-in packages and coordinate smooth move-ins.
• Develop short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Utilize on-site software to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Ensure show units meet company standards and coordinate with maintenance.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure lease renewals.
• Support lease renewal process with letters and packages.
