Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, run credit/background checks, prepare lease packages, and ensure smooth move-ins and renewals.

Key duties include market monitoring, outreach campaigns, and using OneSite/Yardi to track data, vacancies, and resident information. You will support leasing goals while maintaining show-ready units.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and sales to achieve occupancy goals.
• Ability to qualify prospects, conduct tours, and process applications.
• Familiarity with credit and background checks and lease signing.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and secure leases and renewals.
• Inspect apartments and ensure move-in readiness with maintenance.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Create traffic through internet marketing and referrals.
• Track availability and leasing activities in property software.
• Ensure show units meet quality standards and prepare leasing office daily.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to confirm lease decisions.
• Prepare lease renewal packages and contact renewing residents in advance.
