Qualifications

• 2+ years of leasing experience preferred.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to engage across digital platforms and in person.
• Demonstrated success in sales with a proven track record.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Resman preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and communicate the property’s features professionally.
• Maintain courteous, approachable demeanor with residents and staff.
• Assess prospects’ living preferences and budget to match apartments.
• Promote leasing incentives and offers to prospective residents.
• Prepare and submit weekly prospect reports to the Community Director.
