You’ll stay informed on local market conditions, update pricing/availability online, and aim for a minimum 33% closing ratio. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, with ResMan experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leasing or sales experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication for digital and in-person interactions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ResMan PM software preferred.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and communicate the property’s features professionally.
• Assess living preferences and budget to match suitable apartment options.
• Promote leasing incentives and discounted offers to prospects.
• Prepare and submit weekly prospect reports to the Community Director.
• Maintain a daily engagement score and stay informed on local market trends.
• Ensure recently vacated units are cleaned and ready for viewing.
