Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and communicate the property’s features clearly.
• Maintain professional demeanor with residents and coworkers.
• Assess living preferences and budget to match apartments.
• Promote leasing incentives and offers to prospects.
• Submit weekly prospect reports to the Community Director.
• Maintain a minimum closing ratio of 33%.
• Update online ads to reflect current pricing and availability.
• Record daily engagement scores in the property system.
• Keep vacated units clean and ready for viewing.
