Qualifications

• 2+ years of Leasing Agent experience preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven sales success track record.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with ResMan property management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and communicate features of the property.
• Maintain a courteous, professional demeanor with residents and colleagues.
• Assess living preferences and budget to match with apartments.
• Promote leasing incentives and discounts to prospects.
• Prepare and submit weekly prospect reports.
• Achieve and maintain a minimum closing ratio (e.g., 33%).
• Update online advertising daily for pricing and availability.
• Record daily engagement score in Knock (90–100%).
• Stay informed on local market trends and conditions.
• Ensure vacated units are cleaned and ready for viewing.
