Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of prior Leasing Agent experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across digital platforms and in-person interactions.
• Demonstrated success in sales with a proven track record.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Resman experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and communicate property features professionally.
• Maintain courteous, approachable demeanor with residents and colleagues.
• Assess living preferences and budget to match apartment options.
• Promote leasing incentives and discounted offers to prospects.
• Prepare and submit weekly prospect reports to the Community Director.
• Achieve and maintain a minimum closing ratio of 33%.
• Update online advertising daily to reflect current pricing and availability.
• Record a daily engagement score of 90–100% in Knock.
• Stay informed on local market trends for competitive positioning.
• Ensure vacated units are cleaned and ready for viewings.
