Responsibilities include weekly prospect reports, achieving a 33% closing ratio, updating online advertising, and keeping a high daily engagement score in relevant platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leasing experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Resman preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet prospective residents and communicate the property's features professionally.
• Maintain courteous demeanor with residents and colleagues.
• Assess prospects’ living preferences and budget to match options.
• Promote leasing incentives and discounts to prospects.
• Submit weekly prospect reports to the Community Director.
