Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of prior experience as a Leasing Agent is preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, across digital and in-person channels.
• Proven sales success and ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ResMan is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and communicate the property's features professionally.
• Maintain courteous, approachable demeanor with residents and colleagues.
• Assess living preferences and budget to match suitable apartment options.
• Promote leasing incentives and discounts to prospective residents.
• Prepare and submit weekly prospect reports to the Community Director.
• Achieve and maintain a minimum closing ratio of 33%.
• Update online ads daily to reflect current pricing and availability.
• Record daily engagement score of 90-100% in Knock.
• Stay informed on local market trends and conditions.
• Ensure recently vacated units are cleaned and ready for viewings.
