Greystar is seeking a property marketing and leasing leader for its Fort Collins community. You will oversee marketing, advertising, and sales activities to meet occupancy and revenue goals and manage the leasing team to ensure outstanding resident experience.

You will collaborate with on-site staff, monitor pricing and concessions, and use property management tools to generate reports and optimize performance.

Responsibilities

• Directs community marketing, advertising, and sales activities to achieve revenue and occupancy targets.
• Oversees on-site traffic, availability of ready apartments, pricing, concessions, and leasing processes.
• Develops marketing plans leveraging print and internet channels to boost traffic and leases.
• Collaborates with maintenance to ensure property appearance and safety standards.
• Leads leasing team through hiring, training, and performance management.
