Job summary

Greystar seeks a property marketing and leasing leader to manage the community’s marketing, advertising and sales activities, supervise the leasing team, and drive revenue and occupancy goals. You will develop targeted marketing plans and coordinate with maintenance to ensure property standards.

The role emphasizes on-site leadership, leasing performance, and resident satisfaction, with collaboration across teams to optimize occupancy and profitability.

Qualifications

• Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions
• Incumbents must have valid driver’s license to drive a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Directs the community’s marketing, advertising and sales activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Oversees on-site traffic, inventory of ready apartments, rent pricing and concessions.
• Develops short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive leases.
• Works with maintenance to ensure property appearance and safety.
• Participates in leasing by generating traffic, leasing apartments and preparing lease docs.
• Reviews financial reports, traffic and closing ratios to improve leasing performance.
• Makes presentations about marketing strategies and results to clients and managers.
