Greystar Worldwide, LLC in Fort Worth is seeking a community marketing and leasing leader to drive revenue, occupancy, and resident retention through on-site advertising, pricing strategies, and proactive leasing activities.

You will oversee merchandising, pricing, and reporting, coordinate with maintenance to uphold property standards, and train staff while ensuring compliant operations and outstanding resident service.

Formación

• Incumbents must have licenses as required by State and Local jurisdictions
• Incumbents must have valid driver’s license to drive a golf cart on property.

Responsabilidades

• Directs marketing, advertising and sales activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Oversees on-site traffic, ensures windows and inventory of ready apartments, sets rent pricing and concessions, and monitors leasing activities.
• Develops short- and long-term marketing plans; implements pricing, concessions, leasing incentives and advertising to boost traffic and leases.
• Works with maintenance to ensure property looks appealing and meets standards, and uses merchandising to promote apartments.
• Leads leasing process: generates traffic, leases apartments, qualifies prospects, prepares lease docs, moves in residents.
• Reviews financial and traffic reports to identify issues and support solution strategies; presents marketing results to clients and owners.
